Archived Bylaws

These Old Bylaws were amended on May 8, 2008 by the adoption of amendment 22.

These Old Bylaws were amended on April 12, 2007 by the adoption of amendments 13, 14, 18, 19, and 20.

These Old Bylaws were ratified December 14, 2006. They are the same as the August 9, 2006 version. The ratification date and Chair's name were updated.
